You can find real estate listings through Web sites of real estate offices in Vietnam, but the listings you wil see are usually inflated prices.

Your best bet is to work with a real estate agent in-country, and let them find properties for you. Vietnam doesn't have developed MLS systems like the U.S. does, which makes it difficult to find good deals without an agent or being in-country.
