I am 21 years old and have had severe problem skin off and on since I was 11. I highly, highly reccomend maybelline dream matte mousse. It is by far the best foundation I have ever used and I have used probably every brand out there pretty much. It provides great coverage and keeps my skin matte and not oily all day long!! It is also priced quite reasonably and you dont have to use much of it at once b/c it is a mousse(thick). Maybelline is one makeup company reccommended by my dermatologist b/c they do not use skin clogging ingredients or oil in any of thier foundations. The mousse makeup is also easy to find a color to blend in with your skintone(unlike a lot of liquid foundations). Please try it- like I said, I wish they would have had this around a long time ago!!
Also- covergirl has a new mousse makeup out as well. Do not use covergirl- they use oils and pore clogging ingredients in their makeups per my dermatologist!

I also have problem skin. I have eczema since I was in high school. I very seldom where makeup, but I do know a few that work really well, but remember that everyone's skin type is different. I have used MAC and it works really well on my skin....but you said drug store or Wal-mart. True Blend by Lorael works very well to cover up spots and the make up does not look caked on like some of the other, they also have wonder concealers to.

I think Max Factor has the best foundation among the drugstore cosmetics. Try their Pancake Water Activated Makeup. You apply it with a wet sponge. It gives you a matte finish unlike other foundations which can make your skin look a bit oily.

I too have sensitive skin, and the best liquid foundation I have found is any Loreal product.

I have pretty sensitive skin... so I switch up my makeup a lot but I do recommend MAX Factor whipped/Rimmel (regular kind) and use the noxema face wash that comes in a big tub before it. It smoothes your skin...email me if this isn't clear enough.

SHEER COVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's all natural.
Made of pure minerals.
It's a very thin powder.

Amazingly, you only use a VERY VERY small amount, and it makes your skin look 100% flawless for the ENTIRE day.

I have VERY sensitive skin, and so far, this is the only product I've tried that has worked.

I promise you that this stuff is AWESOME!

It's slightly expensive, but WELL worth it!

covergirl offers the best foundation for different skin types...also loreal HIP foundation is pretty good and helps in getting rid of any ashiness that other foundations create

Loreal true blend is good coverage

As for the sensitivity, that's tricky.
Perhaps you shouldn't use foundation, use powder.
