Tipping-to insure promt service. Only one problem with that, though. We don't get the tip (obviously) until after, so how does it insure prompt service? Most of the time, people tip crappy on great service. I think the tip should be added in automatically. And if you can't afford to tip, GO TO TACO BELL.

Has no one heard of a leisurely lunch or dinner? Most of the time I don't want to be rushed and promptness would result in bad service. One tips according to the amount of cleevage displayed.
i.e. The ambience.

i'm sure it was someone in the service industry. i wish they paid waitresses more so that tipping wouldnt be necessary.
