For me its in the eyes and smile. Eyes that when you look into them show part of their soul, that they are actually interested in what you have to say, locking you into them and show you that they feel exactly the way you feel.
A Smile that lights up their face, that contains sincerity, joy, fun and a little bit cheeky, but also holds a greater warmth and even a bit of shared vunerability,
They should be able to read you with out having to speak and show this in the lightest of touches on you arm.
Someone who you would know if you took home you would not feel scared and know your family would love.
Someone that everytime you saw them you just want to be as close as possible drawing them near and yet do not worry what they are up to when they aren't there.

Whats hot today may not be tomorrow.
Own hair, teeth and breasts definetely an advantage.
Knowing when to act like a whore and when to be classy probably more important than the standard of acting!

I think all men enjoy to see a sexy well dressed lady, Rather than a half naked slutty looking woman if you're looking for more than a quickie.
I personally find a lady with a posh accent particularly nice and if shes get a nice bottom then that's a bonus.
I like to feel comfortable around her and be told what she wants!
