If you call her your "gurl" friend, are you really mature enough to be in a relationship in the first place?
And secondly, no! If you want a pOEm, you have to write it! Your own words and feelings put into it! That's what us girls treasure!
Could you imagine if you gave her something and she found out you didn't write it? She'd want to kill you.
