you can but you shouldnt. how comfortable would it be to have a soggy tampon in you? you really should take a shower without it in and put in a fresh one. this prevents infections and odor. not a good thing to try

U can shower with it on, but if ur going to shower, why not just take it out and put a fresh one on when u finish showering?

Off, it's more hygenic, you have to change your tampon every few hours, or according to your bleeding. You can't let it stick there all day, especially in a shower where it should be used to wash your nether regions. There are very nasty infections you can get if you don't do this.

Why would you want to shower with your tampon on? Don't you want you vagina to get rid of the period odor?
