I beg your pardon? You're talking pretty high power explosives, those that I doubt were made back then.

There was a Republican President at that time as well. Perhaps he was suffering low ratings in the polls and was, much like Bush, looking for a way to rally the people around him.
A few thousand dead wouldn't matter to any politician, just as long as they get help from the event to stay in power.
And on a side note, did you ever hear about how Al Qaeda bombed Fort Sumptner and framed the Confederacy? They started the civil war too!

Are you stoned or what? The Titanic hit an iceberg an the explosions that were heard were the smokestacks bursting. The ship split in two because of the amount of boilers and stress that was placed on the steel.
This was not a terrorist attack. Al Qaeda was not around then.
ya big stoner!!!

Al-Qaeda tend to be in warm desolate tract factors, no longer around icebergs, so perhaps no longer. yet those have been Al-Qaeda ducks that delivered down the airplane interior the Hudson some months in the past. i think of that has been shown.

Many years ago, there was a song that went like this:
"Love and marriage, love and marriage, go together like a horse and carriage".
Okay, forget it, it's too "unhip" or old fashioned, but I would like a song like this one:
"Bush and Al Qaeda, Bush and Al Queda, go togther like a horse and carriage"....because, before Bush, I never heard of the damned thing!
And, I wish I didn't have to hear about it on the evening news!
Boy, all you yahoos eat up that crap, why can't we all just close our eyes and ears to it, and maybe it will go away with the Bush presidency. Now that's a hopeful thought!

ummm ... you know that the Titanic sunk almost 100 years ago, right?
And it hit an iceberg, lots of people saw it.
And not all the 1st class passengers got off, and not all the 3rd class passengers were lost.
So, it basically sounds like your friend doesnt know what the bleep she is talking about.

Do you know what year the Titanic sank? In 1912. Al Qaeda did not exist at the time. I don't know what they teach you kids in school these days but it's pretty obvious it is not history! This is the funniest question by far I have come across, thanks a bunch for the laugh!

In 1912?... don't think so... But some people will find a conspiracy anywhere... Do you think that the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1992 in the Philippines should be investigated? They have an Islamic insurgence there.

You could be referring to the Lusitania. The sinking of this liner got the US involved in WW I. Later thought to be an act by the British to get us involved.

Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter could have prevented the Titantic attack but lacked the bravery of a George Bush to stop it.
