Not that I know of. When I was younger there were 4 of us in the same bedroom in two bunk beds. My 2 sisters,me and 1 brother until I was about 12. My youngest brother slept in a crib in my parents room. Then my dad converted the garage into a bedroom and the two boys got moved the the new room and us 3 three girls still shared the other room. That's what happens when you have seven in the family and only a 2 bedroom house. Check with your local social service office and maybe they can tell you.

In the State of Colorado there is nothing specifically stated except no children of opposite sexes can share a room after the toddler years. This leaves it open for social services interpetation. Ussually a good rule of thumb is that every child has their own bed and their is still enough room to move around in.

If you are not sure if there is one, call the lawschool of the next university and find out if they are able to tell you. Trying to get this kind of advice can cost, no one wants to give it but usually those law schools will help you. You have to be specific with your question though.
To my knowledge there is no particular law stating how many kids can live in one room, and as long as they are well taken care of it really won't be a problem. There are lots of families who have bunkbeds to house more than 2 children in one room, so I do not think that you have to worry....

I think it's pretty national law that it's 2 kids per bedroom as long as they are the same sex or under 5yrs old. I had 3 boys and any apt we had would have to be 3 bedroom because of 2 in one and the oldest had to have his own room since he was oposite sex of me.This was upheld in Tx, La, Ks.,Fl. Al. (we were military)and Ca.

I don't think there is. When I was a kid me and all my siblings had to share a bedroom, 2 boys and 2 girls. We had two sets of bunk beds and a dresser, with a little walkway in between.

most states are 2 per bedroom ... but if you need to put more in there i think they need to be under the age of 3.

I only know of laws that provided for such rules in foster families - I have never heard of it for anyone else.
