Yes VirusBurst is what we call a rogue antispyware program because it uses false positives to make you think that it is actually finding anything on your computer.

Yes, Virusburst is a fake. It is trying to con you into buying their useless software.
No, your computer is not fine. The Virusburst advertising is caused by a Smitfraud infection. Smitfraud uses a trojan downloader (usually the Zlob trojan) to call out from your computer and send you these ads to you, and who knows what else.
The Smitfraud infection and the trojan should be removed from your computer ASAP.
Smitfraud is not an easy infection to remove. Most "general-purpose" malware scanners can not remove it.

Good luck.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:
