Well I haven't been toilet sniffing around the world so I have no idea if your opinion is a fact. However as a Canadian I can say that the reason we keep our washrooms so clean is because of a cultural belief that a person (or Establishment) is judged according to the cleanliness of the kitchen and the washroom. (Some Countries say Bathroom) So therefore the belief is-no matter how messy anywhere else is-the Kitchen and the Washroom must at all times be disinfected and tidy.

I have been there several times and I often spend the majority of my visit in the restroom because the toilet has such a pleasant smell.

my toilet smells fine, im from the USA, and the USA, canada, some of asia, and europe are the only countries with lots of money, so others cant even afford a toilet, for example, most of africa, or alot of south america((mexico))

Canada has less minorities than other countries. So no one can stink the place up

Because we're obsessive about cleanliness...look around at our cities...they're incredibly clean.
