Show him that you really care by:-
1. Smiling to him
2. Gazing at him
3. Touching him
4. Listening to him whenever he wants to talk 2 u.
5. Try telling him how special he is to u
6. Compliment him sincerely & make him feel loved when he's with you.
7. Wear a strong perfume before meeting
But I don't advice u to tell him. Because if u do all that & he doesn't ask u out then he's either a whimp or may be he doesn't really want u.

well i just want a girl to tell me....but if u must flirt a usual good way is to be sarcastic. make fun of him but dont hurt his feelings kinda thing...but also be really friendly with guys. maybe invite him over to your house. make him feel special. we all like that.
say that you would like to do something special for him...like whatever you are good at. if u are a good cook, ask him if he wants dinner and make it for him...
if the guy likes sports or something that you have absolutely no clue about, ask him what happening while watching with him. be interested in the things the guy likes
touching and frequent hugs/kisses just be yourself and do your thing

Well, you asking the wrong girl. I am too shy! It drives me crazy whenever I see that guy I really had loved since eighth grade. (I am a sophomore) It is so, I don't know. Ummm... I guess I don't have any flirting tips. Sigh...
