Delta Air Dry PermEnamel Paint is specifically suited for this purpose. If applied properly and allowed to cure for ten days, it will permamently bond to the tile - no baking!

In addition to the paint, you will also need Delta Air Dry PermEnamel Surface Conditioner and Glaze. For detailed step by step instructions, see:

You need to prep the tiles by making sure that they are well cleaned and free of grease which gets everywhere no matter how good of a house keeper. Just before painting, wipe each tile you will be painting on with alcohol. Let dry. Use GLASS paint and paint what you want. Most glass paint will tell you that you need to bake the tiles, but letting them alone for a week before trying to wipe them down should work well. You could use a hot blowdryer on them, but most Glass paints will tell you what you need to know about their product.
