I think it's pretty normal. I'm sure many of us wish we were a little bit prettier or skinnier or smarter or whatever. But you can't really change some of those things and the only way to improve yourself, not change yourself into something you aren't, is to just go out there and figure our your own unique interests and style. Experiement, gain an interest, find something you really like and work around that, rather than what you think should should just be automatically.

Not sure if I'm making sense or if I even helped, but I kind of get what you mean. I understand, gurl..lol

No, change is healthy as long as your body is not suffering from the changes you want it to endure. Sure, we all have sad moments, having times when our emotions were stirred up by stimulus. Times, we will feel like we are as energetic as a cow. No, your personality is the way you learned to react to certain things, and they are not like temper, having a tempory nature.

change is growth. growth is life, which is the opposite of death. it's easy to change the mask you present to the world. internal change is another matter. learn who you are, then be the best one ever.

you can be anything you want, any time you want, you've just gotta stop worrying about what other people think about you, please yourself first!
in time you'll find where you sit best, but you'll never know unless you try out different things
