I need to know how to fix my computer to let the graphics come in with an ad. My computer is set to block pop?

Please tell me how to fix my computer to let graphics come in with an ad or offer.. Mycomputer is set to block pop up ads and I think this has something to do with it.Is there a way to fix the graphics problem and still not get any pop up ads? Youre help is much appreciated. Thank you, Robin Schweyher

Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Reset Defaults.

Or

Internet Explorer>Tools>Pop-up blocker>Pop-up blocker settings>drop down to low: allow secure sites.
