After you lace them pull them as tight as you want then tie a knott near the hole to keep them that tight and then tuck the rest of the shoe lace back in your shoe.

Well, lace your shoes like normal.
Then lift the inside sole and stick the laces underneath.
Or...
Do the same, but tie the knot and stick it back into your shoe.

I usually lace them very tight then tie them on the inside and tuck the knot inside the shoe, then put my foot in and you cant even tell they were tied.

Payless shoesource have these wacky shoe laces that are springy and you just lace them and you don't have to tie them cuz they stay by themselves.
