I'm 24 years old and m 2 yrs married.after one month of my marriage I got pregnant so I did abortion. after that my periods r regular and now we r trying to conceive from 1 year but m not getting pregnant!
please suggest something...can i b pregnant again? wat r the chances?

I am so not trying to be judgemental but I just can't help but say that it is very troublesome how nonchalant you are about the fact that you were married and had an abortion--period.. nothing else. OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS JUST WAY TOO INCONVENIENT FOR YOU THEN. Being a parent is all about unselfishness and I don't think by the mere little question and the few details you gave you could ever have what that entails.

my best answer is keep trying. you are about the same age as my ex and I when we were trying to have our daughter. She had irregular periods and some very wicked cramps but we suceeded and our daughter is now 18. unfortunately my ex had a hysterectomy and we did not have any more children. Don`t give hubby a hernia or anything like that. Try a fertility specialist.

As far as I know, abortions do not affect a woman's fertility. I believe the statistic is that if a fertile woman has unprotected sex over the course of a year, she has an 80% chance of getting pregant.

As long as there is nothing wrong with either one of you physicaly you can get pregnant at any time. when the time is right it will happen, good luck
