Sounds to me like it's your heater core going bad. Are the fuses the right size? Too low or too high will result in a blow. Could be the grounding system. Could be a number of things. Check that stuff out and if no solution, take your car to an auto shop.

BLOWER MOTOR IS THE MOST LIKELY PROBLEM. UNPUG MOTOR AND TURN ON SWITCH AND IF THE FUSE DOES NOT BLOW THEN THATS IT. YOU CAN GET TO THE BLOWER PLUG ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FIREWALL UNDER THE HOOD. IT WILL BE THE ROUND HOUSING COMING OUT OF THE HEATER BOX. SHOULD HAVE JUST 1 WIRE.

Drawing too many amps! Need to find the short or source of problem. Could be electrical short or AC components drawing too much juice!

did you or someone install a different radio and wire it incorrectly?
You can try changing the fuse to a higher rated one...that may work. perhaps the blower fan is going and causing this as well.

Wrong amp. rated fuse? (20 amp)
Bad A\C clutch?
Bad blower fan?
Bad switch?
Bad wires?
Disconnect all of them and reconnect one at a time till the fuse blows. There's your problem.
