Yeah and I have a PS4 already. See I used my time machine and went to pick one up. I'm really pissed I can't buy games yet. Dude you are an idiot. They aren't OUT in Japan, at least to the public. So if you have one it is ILLEGAL and by posting that you have it Sony would likely send someone to get it back basically. Hope you are ready to pay a lawyer when they take you to court and sue you if you really had one. Thing is we all know you don't have one, oh and if you did you would have to get the games FROM JAPAN. They really have regional coding in them, although I think they were going to get rid of that to some degree.

You have made a serious error! Even after the PS3 comes out in America, you will not be able to play the games bought in America! Game systems have locks against playing foriegn games on your countrie's system. There are CD's where you can get the "locks" removed for that curtain game. Other than that you can still play Japaense games, hope you can speak the launguage!

Well its not out in Japan (or anywhere else) yet so it would be impossible for your cousin to buy one.
PS3 is coming to Japan on Nov 11, US on Nov 17 and to Europe in March 2007
Once its released and you actually have one I would try EB/Gamestop or Best Buy for games.
