There are some 5 million recognized Muslims in the USA, How come no Homicidal Bombings?

Are these not real Muslims or is the case of an overstated phobia created by BUSHCO.

This is a good question. Could the answer be that at first, in 2001, there were only a few extremists training in a remote mountain area who wanted to strike the US? And that they weren't representative of Islam at all?

Actions by the US in the middle east have increased the number of terrorists over the past 5 years. According to a new National Intelligence Estimate which is a summary produced by the 16 US government spy agencies, "the American invasion and occupation of Iraq has helped spawn a new generation of Islamic radicalism and that the overall terrorist threat has grown since the Sept. 11 attacks." And of course, now Bush is saying the US is in a war against "Islamic Fascism". His propaganda TV and radio say the US is now in a religious war to the death with Islamists who want to kill all Americans. So he may get his wish, having transformed much of the middle east into an a lawless land of terror and crime. People want vengence, and this could include a few American Muslims. But I predict there will first be hate crimes against American Muslims which will then provoke retaliation.

Good question. Only time will tell what is going to happen. At the moment, it could be fear. But then maybe we are all wrong about the Muslims. Maybe it is not part of their mandate to destroy us. One thing is for certain, some of their leadership in the states, need to get out and start changing the opinions that many Americans have of Muslims. And, I want to say that this phenomenon is not something created by Bushco. I have been a little bit leery of the radicals, who claim to represent the religion, since the bombing of the marine barracks in Beirut years before Bushco had a business plan.

You are so right! Bush is just trying to scare us! Muslims aren't violent. Look at how they reacted to something the Pope said. And really, are the terrorists of today only Muslims? There are....well....um....no other kind of terrorists but Muslims in the world today. Even the IRA has gone political! Maybe we've just been lucky that "American" Muslims haven't done the evil that their world-wide counterparts have. I do remember them dancing in the streets after hearing of the attacks of 9/11. That's enough for me!

Bush as well as the Pope have just been stating reality and at least the Bush administration know more about what these people are planning to do than you. But sure, you just go on believing it's hype and then cry when Bushco didn't do enough to protect you.

Please, that is just wrong to use stereotypes. Realize the truth and know that not everyone shares the same belief as others, as extreme as it is. Some people are able to appreciate the differences between others. In today's society, using stereotypes like these just makes it worse for everyone involved. For instance, there are many German immigrants living in the United States since before and after World War II, just because of their ancestry, does that make them Nazis? Of course not, therefore we should extend the same kind of gratitude to Muslims living in the United States, just because some Muslims in other parts of the world use radical tactics, does not mean that all Muslims do it or share the same idea about it. Don't believe everything you hear and see on the television, make some good educated observations yourself.

Of course the majority of those are the African Americans who converted in Prison, so in general I guess one can say that a good number of Muslims in America are committing crimes, since this number includes those of the Nation of Islam who of course are not reconised as real Muslims by those in the MIddle east.

But I would say it is because most of the real Muslims have adapted to the US and its economy and like the freedom over the control. Society changes a persons beleif, this is of course what the America idea is in Iraq, to give them a taste of freedom and let thier culture change.

and then of course most likely those sleeper cells in the US have not been ordered to, since this would only bring the liberals back into reality and they don't want that untill America is weakened enough

I mean you could not be more correct... if all of Islam were such extremists, then why do we not see Islamic suicide bombers right here in the states with a 5 million Muslim population... that makes perfect sense.

There has never really been a terrorist threat here in the first place. it really is an over stated phobia. if there was an actual terror threat we would see alot more violence. but I'm sure the blind will have some insults to hurl sooo lmao.
