I am so sorry for all your losses. The only thing I can think of is checking your hormone levels. Some women do not make enough hormones needed to carry a baby to term, and so before they conceive the doctor gives them a series of hormone injections. This happened to a co-worker of mine after she had a few miscarriages and with the treatment she was able to carry the baby to term. Good luck.

* I did a little research and here's what I found.

If you have had several early pregnancy losses, ask your doctor about the tests listed below.

Hormonal Factors Evaluation. Ask to have a prolactin, thyroid and progesterone level checked. If they are abnormal and treatment is given, make sure that you are re-tested to check your levels.

Structural Factors Evaluation. A hysterosalpingogram or sonohistogram (an ultrasound using saline) is done to evaluate the shape and size of your uterus and to rule out possible scarring in the uterus, polyps, fibroids or a septal wall, which could affect implantation. If there is concern about the uterine cavity, a hysteroscopy (examination done in combination with laparoscopy or as an office procedure) can be done. In some women the cervical muscle is too loose causing pregnancy loss after the first trimester. A special exam is done when a woman is not pregnant to check for an incompetent cervix.

Uterine Factor Evaluation. An endometrial biopsy is done on cycle day 21 or later and will document if your lining is getting thick enough for the fertilized egg to implant. If you have a lag of two or more days in the development of the lining, you will be treated with various hormones (Clomiphene, hCG, Progesterone). It is important to have the biopsy repeated after several cycles to make sure the treatment is helping. A Vaginal ultrasound can be used to measure the uterine lining. According to most reports, it is best if the lining measures 10 millimeters or more at mid-cycle. Some centers also are using special Doppler techniques to measure the blood flow to the uterus. If you are being treated with medications to improve your lining and are on Progesterone, discuss the various advantages of the oral, vaginal suppositories, tablets or injection routes with your doctor.

Chromosomal Evaluation. Chromosomal tests can be done on tissue from a miscarriage but it is often difficult to preserve the tissue for adequate studies. If chromosome testing is needed, you and your partner will have blood tests to make sure there is no translocation of genes (a condition in which the number of genes is the normal 46, but they are joined together abnormally). This condition can result in pregnancy loss.
Immunologic Evaluation. Blood tests to check for immunologic responses that can cause pregnancy loss include antithyroid antibodies (antibodies to thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase). Often the lupus anticoagulant factor and anticardiolipin antibodies tests are done as well. These appear to influence blood clotting mechanisms within the placenta as it develops. There are also blood tests that check for protective blocking factors. These are essential to protect the pregnancy from being rejected by the mother's body.

Infection Evaluation. Cultures can be taken to check for the
micro-organisms microplasma hominis and ureaplasma urealyticum which may cause pregnancy loss.

Jeanette,
Keep your chin up, infertility is a bloody hard road. You need to start looking at the potential genetic reasons for your miscarriages. They say 1 in 5 pregnancies miscarry but it still doesnt help the fact that you havent made it yet.

HOW IMPORTANT IS HAVING A CHILD
WHAT ABOUT YOUR JOB think about where your priorities lay, look at what u can do to de stress your life. It does work believe me. I went from lecturing med students and working disgusting hours in a frantic labour ward to a private practice no stress no shift work strait hours just so i could achieve my goal
DONT LET IT CONSUME YOUR EVERY THOUGHT
being focused is good but letting it dominate your life, love, and conversation is destructive..... to yourself your partner your family and friends

BLOOD TESTS
You need Karyotyping to check there is no traits either you or your partner are passing on.
Screening for other disorders that can cause miscarriage such as clotting disorders, diabetes, thyroid problems etc

BODY WORK UP
Dont go on the fitness band wagon too hard as the harder you excercise the more testosterone you excrete.... dont get me wrong you should be fit but not a super athlete
Good Diet lots of the "real foods" greens, vegies, protein sources, calcium

CONSIDER IVF
we did after years of trying it can be as simple as intrauterine insemination or even embryo or blastocyst transfer with pre genetic diagnosis to rule out potential abnormal babies

CONSIDER ADOPTION or SPERM/EGG DONORS
These are always another option and can be obtained from family members willing to help you or one of the many girls relinquishing their babies

Stay strong keep trying and dont give up. We had one hell of a ride with 18yrs of infertility and about 10 yrs of IVF, A still birth, loss of twins and multiple miscarriages along the way and on our very last go we have succeeded... That is after i bought the sports car and planned the house extensions!!!! SIGH
But it did happen, and i hope it does for you too...

Mail me if you wanna chat about it some time im always an ear
D

Has your doctor ever told you that it could be from blood clots because that is what the infertility center told me. If not I would ask about that. IF you would get preg. the BEST thing to help those are vitamin B 6 vitamin B 12 and 1 baby aspirin then as well the doctor can put you on folic acid that is what I have to take all through my pregnancy. I would bring this up to your doctor. SO FAR SO GOOD for me I am 17 weeks!

Suggest Progesterone Injections the day you find out you are pregnant! Its called "17Alpha Hydroxy Progesterone" and its believed to increase the chances of carrying to term by 40%. They also have progesterone suppositories you can look into. The progesterone is what they now believe helps the placenta stay put throughout the pregnancy. Due to decreased progesterone with my last pregnancy I went into labor at 23weeks. But with the 17P injections this pregnancy, i have managed to carry to 27 so far. I would definately ask about progesterone treatment, maybe it will help. So sorry for your loss. Hang in there.

I would get your partners spermies checked out. Misscarriages are not always the woman's fault. Some times it is because of the man's swimmers being malformed or something, especially if he is a smoker or a drinker.
Keep trying.
I had a few myself I know its hard..but just keep trying.

Can your blood be checked for antibodies that may be attacking the fetus? That was what happened to a friend of mine, she ended up having to have some sort of blood treatments.
