I think it may have been an educational programme. If any one can remember, what was the programme? They were hand puppets, spiders or octapuses, one was orange and one wes purple. I remember the person operating the puppets being in black but you could always make out the role of their polo neck.

I think they were spiders called Itzy and Bitzy. The original presenter I believe was Susan Stranks but she didn't operate them as far as I know

yeah, what all of them mentioned. i used to love going homestead dinners to work out the programme: PAPERPLAY replaced into the identify, frequently accompanied by using chorlton and the wheelies or jamie and his magic torch. and clopper citadel. the checklist is going on

The programme was called "Paperplay" and didn't Susan Stranks have 'mad eyes'!!!
