i have not found any toothpastes that work but i tried Plus White 5 minute whitening gel. it really works and all you have to do is put some on your teeth for 5 mins once a day and you will see a difference in about a week. it is cheap too ($5-10)

What you can do is mix together a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide dip you toothbrush in a brushfor three minutes then rinse thoroughly and follow with your regular toothpaste or alternatively you can crush a fresh strawberry and rub it on you teeth then rinse with water

Colgate Luminos works the best for me, not only that it restores the enamel on your teeth. After using it for a while you look at yourself in the mirror and think... Ding, ooo ahhh

I agree with the previous post about the old time recipe...baking soda and peroxide. Brush your teeth every night with baking soda and dip your toothbrush in peroxide (to get it wet). You should see improvement in about a week.
