I have highlighted honey-blonde hair and dark blue eyes. What colors (Clothes and makeup) Would look good on me?

OMG ORANGE ORANGE ORANGE!!! They will make your eyes pop! and Emeral green, brown will look nice too. And maroon maybe, I have to see your skin -tone but youcan make an acount at the source below for the closest thing. Or you can just ask a make up artist at the mall.

Clothing colors would be brown, green, maroon, silver and sky blue. For makeup, there's brown, purple and jade eyeliner. And color coordinate for eye shadow. Example: do dark green on the very bottom of your eyelid, light green in the middle, and do on the very top either silver or a skin toned color. Just start dark and work your way up. Tip: Don't use really dark eye shadow. Hope this helps!

Eyes -
Dark brown or black mascara, whatever looks best on you.
Brown or grey eyeliner. I find grey looks great on blue eyes.
Brown/Pink/Grey eye shadow. I usually cover my entire lid in a light pink, and add a dark brown to the crease, and it really brings out my blue eyes.
Face -
Pink/peach color blush. I think people with light skin look great in a peach blush.
Lips - Don't go to wild with your lip color if you are focusing on your eyes. A clear or light pink gloss will look great.
Clothes - I find that dark red colors always bring out my blue eyes. So does light blue. You'll have to see what colors look best on you.

I would suggest nuetrals , light colors will make your eye color more prominent use a dark brown eyeliner and brown mascara or bronze and watch how they pop. Although there are no rules for color. you would probably look best if you avoided black eyeliner as it buries the appearance of lighter eyes.

usually colours depend mostly on skin tone. if u r a medium beige colour i'd say wear bright colours like dark bright greens and pinks but if ur very lite go with like lite blues and greens.
