NO NO NO!!! you're wrong! he didn't change his number to one up LBJ or MJ he wore #24 in high school as a freshmen/sophmore and #33 when he was a junior/senior! he also said he's changing his number because he multiplied his titles by his "old" #8: 8 x 3 = 24. And also because he said he works on his game 24/7 and he and Lamar equal 24/7. And he also said because this is a new era of Lakers basketball!!
