Given that there are 43,560 ft^2 in an acre, then 102 acres is
4,443,120 ft^2 which 22.22 times as much 200,000 ft^2.

By the way , that's based on a survey acre. There's something else called the commercial acre and it's 36,000 ft^2.

There's even an Ireland acre which is 70,557.432781532ft^2.
