No. You are positively pregnant.

You now have pregnancy pains because you are pregnant.

Go see a doctor, ob/gyn immediately for help!

Sounds about right to me! I had pms type cramping for the first 9-10 weeks then it let up a little but now they're coming back. I'm 34 wks pregnant. But like the other girl said about, pms and pregnancy symptoms are just about the same though. If you got a positive test result then those pregnancy hormones are in your system somehow. Better find an OB!

Technically they are pregnancy symptoms now.... Many women's first symptoms of pregnancy are the same as their pms symptoms are that is why it can be so hard to tell or believe sometimes. When I was pregnant with my first I had just thought that my period was coming a little early when it was in fact pregnancy. Don't worry so many symptoms come and go throughout your whole pregnancy you will be wishing for these ones toward the end. Good Luck.

Actually, if you look at the symptoms of pregnancy and the symptoms of PMS they are very similar. Breast tenderness, mild cramping, lower back pain, all of these are symptoms of both PMS and pregnancy. Double check with your doc to be sure though.

The early stages of pregnancy are very much like PMS x 10.
