Not much, frankly. I am going through Man-O-Pause. I find certain people attractive if they possess certain positive qualities, not just physical beauty: A good heart, a sense of humor, compassion & understanding, tolerence, non-judgemental to a certain point (like, I can't be tolerant of KKK), stuff like that.
