I'm not sure if there are such programs. You can become a pathologist and focus on crime solving.

The University of Tennessee is highly regarded for its programs in Forensic Science.

There may be but it is hard to find one. Most of the information I see is with a master's in Forensic Science, the student is eligible for a PHD in Criminal Justice.
