I saw the commercial for the colored iPod nanos and I'd like to exchange my black iPod nano for a blue one with my two year warranty from Best Buy (I've had the warranty for about 8 months now). Do you think I could do an exchange or does my nano have to be defective to do it?

It needs to be defective to do this. Though some people would tell BB that it was acting up intermittently and get it replaced. This is an abuse of the system and would not recommend not doing it.
