My neighbors dog got bitten by a snake and my puppy got bitten by the same snake!! I dont know what kind it was but my puppy is completly out of energy! Please pray for me and the dogs, PLEASE!!!

You should take it to an animal hospital that dog could die.

Dogs have a better resistance to poisonous snake bites than people do but can still die from them. A puppy may not be strong enough to survive. Call a vet now. Giving a dose of Benadryl may help.

Get both dogs to an emergency vet NOW! Phone ahead to have them prepare a broad-based anti-toxin. Knowing what type of snake would help, but do not approach it to find out. Once the pets are out of danger, call animal control to get rid of the snake. Don't wait any longer. B.

You have to bring them to the vet....it would be best, if you could tell the doctor what kind of snake it was, so he/she knows what kind of anti venom is needed. The vet should have an idea what snake it was due to the symptoms, though...so get them to the vet asap!

The dogs need to go to the vet immediately for anti venom, if they were bitten. You can't treat that at home.

first of get your dogs to a vet! they can tell u if it a poisonous snake, you don't say where you live so i cant help you there...poisonous snakes will show two fangs marks or tears, a non venomous snake will show a horseshoe bite...but get the dogs to a vet....I'm thinking it not poisonous...but ya never know

where these rattlesnakes? If yes, get your dogs to the vet immediately!! they need anti-venom or they could DIE!!If they were non-venomous, you may still want to have them checked out so the bite does not get infected.
