I have a Yamaha accoustic/electric guitar, what kind of stings are best for it?

Bronze phosphor. Try " Elixir" strings. They're coated.

I prefer the sets that are light gauge on the EBGD strings but heavier gauge on the E&A strings. I just prefer Ernie Ball super slinky, but light gauge bass strings sound a little tinny. I think Ernie Ball makes the light gauge with the heavy bottoms sets.
