Use a color that is opposite on the color wheel. Look for shadows with orange tones, like coppers and melons. When people look at your eyes, it will grab their attention because their eyes will be constantly switching focus from the blue to the orange. Finish with a dark brown mascara.

Never use the same colors every day, it's easy to get into a rutt with makeup but try using brown eyeliner and a bronze mascara w/ the gold shadow or just apply a light dusting to the center of your lid with the gold and smudge a black eyeliner in the crease and at the lash line concentrate your efforts at the lash line and avoid getting shadow in the brow area. Good Luck

Blues and greens for blue and green eyes. Navy liner...grey blue...any shade of blue really. The theory that browns and golds are good...no. I have been a makeup artist for 10 years, I always use the blue/gray/green pallet on blue eyes. And...for drama...black cole on the inside lid!!
