Wow, you must be a real movie fan to know that one. It was a nice movie, wasn't it. Laurence Olivier as Zeus, I mean what is not to like!!? And I have always thought Burgess Meredith was a good actor. He did a great job. The girl was cute. The boy was cute. But most of all I liked the little clock work owl. Finally, Ursula Andress had a tiny role as one of the goddesses. Remember her? A va va voom Bond girl from the '60's. All before my time, but like you, I love the movies. :)

For it's time, this was a well-done piece of cinema. One of the greatest ever? Probably not, but still very good and worth watching just for it's take on mythology.

Yeah, I must admit, I do believe it's a great movie. I saw it at the theatre!! I think this is the movie I've seen the most times.

HELL YEAH! I bought it on DVD the day it was released. When I was little my parents would put it on for me to keep me quiet.
That is on the top 5 list of my favorite movies.

I didn't see it, but I like Greek and Roman Mythology, so maybe I would have liked it. : )
