Monster Mash is a classic.....It depends on what genre you're looking for. If you're looking for adult songs....Halloween Sex n Vegas by Seraphim Shock is a good one....If you're looking for childrens songs, there is an old song called Halloween or Witches on Broomsticks that we used to sing in Kindergarten...Try looking at Yahoo music (launch cast) closer to Halloween. Last year, they had a Halloween genre.
A lot of music stores will have Holiday music sections as well.

In addition to many already listed, I would add: "Frankenstein" by Edgar Winter, "Number of the Beast" - Iron Maiden, and the too obvious, "Halloween" by Helloween (if you're looking for hard rock choices!)
