It sounds like you are pregnant to me! Not all women experience morning sickness or typical symptoms of pregnancy. The other reason may be that you are not far enough along to begin feeling ill, some women do not start to feel ill until 6-8 weeks. I would not worry about not being sick and be celebrating your positive test.
Call your OB/GYN and make an appt. They usually do not want to see you until you are 6 weeks.
Best of luck to you and here is to a healthy and happy 9 months.

Sweetie, your not going to start feeling sick the moment you find out ~ Very rarely are there false positives on a pregnancy test, so if your test stick said + then most likely you are & a CONGRATS is in order!! If your pregnant than you'll start to feel "sick" around 7-9 weeks give or take a week or so . Some women feel more sick later than that & some not at all. I have had 5 pregnancies & all of them where different in there own ways, so take it from me there is no "text book" pregnancy. Good-Luck, I hope everything works out how you want at your doctors apointment & God Bless

False positives are rare. Home pregnancy test kits look for the presence of the human pregnancy hormone. If you have it, you are pregnant. I didn't have morning sickness until I was almost 3 months pregnant. I hope you don't get it, but it may still be coming!
Congratulations! What an exciting time in your life!

Congratulations Mom... you are not the only one that does not get morning sickness. And then you might get it later on, it don't have to come this early.. being tired and the pressure are good signs though.. have a fun pregnacy, and take care of yourself

Congrat!!! I would say if you are not sure that it really is positive then i would wait and take another in about a week....there is such a thing as false positives...or you could go to the doctor and get a blood test done....but i would retake it if you are unsure

You are more then likely pregnant. I wouldn't speak too soon about not having morning sickness, It can hit any time in the pregnancy.
