Remove or Disconnect

1. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
2. Drain coolant.
3. Throttle body and throttle body tube (3.4L only).
4. Both heater hoses at heater core.
5. Lower center console (if equipped).
6. Both sound insulator panels.
7. Lower heater duct.
8. Heater core cover.
9. Heater core mounting clip and bracket.
10. Heater core.

Install or Connect

1. Heater core.
2. Heater core mounting clip and bracket.
3. Heater core cover.

Tighten

* Screws to 3 N.m (27 lb. in.).

4. Lower heater duct.
5. Both sound insulator panels.
6. Both sound insulator panels.
7. Both heater hoses and clamps to heater core.
8. Throttle body and throttle body tube (3.4L only).
9. Refill coolant.
10. Air cleaner and duct assembly.

You have to remove the heater hoses from under the hood and then pull the heater box apart under the dash. It's inside the box. Not too complicated just a real pain in the you know what!
