Go to My Computer from your start menu, then choose View System Information under the System Tasks. The main panel will give you your processor speed.

The other means is to review your BIOS setting during your computer's initial boot-up sequence. You have to pay attention as this can go by rather quickly. Using the Scroll Lock key may stop the action momentarily for you to get a peek.

First off I don't know what mh (millihenries) would have to do with your computer.

You either want to know how much Memory your computer has, which would be MBytes (megabytes) or how much harddrive space your computer has which would be GBytes (gigabytes).

To find memory go to the My Computer Icon on your desktop and right click over it. Then select properties on the General Tab it will tell you how many MB (megabytes) of RAM (random access memory) you have.

To find harddrive space, go back to the My Computer Icon again, but this time just double click it until it opens. Then select the C Drive and right click on it to select the Properties Item. This will tell you what the capacity is and how much has been used.
