How is it that he's getting away with this when Yahoo is so strict with every body else.

As much as I would like to let a rabid animal have it's way with that guy's nuts, I think it would only be fitting to let the father of some child who has been harmed/killed by a child molester choose and carry out the punishment instead. What do you think?
