Is it the color of the skin make the difference in relationship or the country where one come from.?

I feel the country that the person comes from makes the difference. If I were to move to another country I really should consider conforming to their ways or culture and vice versa at least to a degree.

I don't think that it really matters but in some countries and cultures it's important because they want to carry on with their heritage on generation to the next.

Not to me, but to some people it means a great deal. It is all in the way you perceive human worth.
