Yale Law School is a Graduate School. First, you need to get into college before worrying about grad school. Yale doesn't offer an undergraduate pre-law major, so think about majoring in a related field like government or international relations. And with only a 3.8, you need loads of good extra-curriculars to get into Yale. Become captains of sports teams and editor of your school paper. That would display good leadership skills. You also must do well on the SAT's. Then you'll actually have a chance.

All of you guys are ignorant.

Hi, I'm a law student (not at Yale, I wish), but I do know their process of admission. You can't go to Yale Law School unless you have a bachelors degree from an accredited institution 4-year college or University, so pick a major (any major) and go through college and your schools pre-law program. If I may suggest, majoring in History or Political Science will only make your chances of getting in lower.

Once you have your bachelors, you'll need to have around a 3.9 gpa (summa c-u-m laude), a major and at least a minor, about a 172+ LSAT, be president/vice-president of some type of organization like a fraternity, sorority, or school club, have done an honors thesis for your major, and have done at least one internship and a lot of volunteer work. If you're rich though, that'll be another story.

Your college grades will have more to do with whether you can get into Yale Law than High School. Make sure you keep your grades up, get involved in extra-curricular activities and get into a strong university.

i heard some ppl. talking about this also. If your shool offers classes that add GPA to your GPA, take those, they're usually really hard though. For example my schools offers an extra .05 GPA for every college class you take. I heard a 4.0 isn't even good enough b/c so many ppl. have it. you need those extra classes. Also colleges like a lot of extra curricular activites so join those and help out around your community. I wish you luck and hope you make it when you apply

you won't be able to do it without getting an undergraduate degree first. slow down, finish high school, go to a good college and get top grades. then think about law school.
also, no decent law school will accept you if you type in all caps.

Not possible. 4.0+ baby trying something else. You have to have good gpa and high sat score as well as good volunteer or some kind of activties out side basic a good educational resume.
