buys houses ugly houses is selling it. He insists on me buying it at 9:30 am tomorrow Or the price will increase. He is not a real estate person. They just buy houses and sell them as is. Sould I trust him? Or should I get a lawyer?

Only if your life depends on buying it tomorrow. If you don't have to buy it tomorrow, then think about contacting a real estate agent or an attorney.

Personally, I dont think there only 1 skunk involved here, but if youre good with your hands and can get material cheap, then it just might be a diamond in the rough, depending on where it is

you may need a lawyer at some point
But right now you need a home inspector
to determine if the house is worth buying
unless it's something like the house is a dump, but the property is worth big money

sounds like a 14x60 mobilehome?, still if the lots are decent sized and the place is liveable, 25,000 isnt alot of money these days for your own place!cant touch a single lot around me for under 125,000
