i have light blue eyes, sometimes pale green. what eye shadow color would look best? what about eye liner?

eye shadow-light browns,and shimmery tans. eye liner&mascara,black,or navy.make sure to get both,so you can switch off on the colors.

It depends on what color hair you have and what color your skin tone is too, these things affect how well a color of eye-shadow or any make-up for that matter will look on you.
Since I dont know what you look like or what kind of coloring you have I will give you an example ..........
If you have brown or darker hair - & skin tone is light/medium or darker then during the day I would wear an eyeshadow that is lighter with black eye liner ( not applied too much or thick ) and for the evening a smokey gray color would look elegant against blue colored eyes.
If you have lighter hair like blonde pinks,golds, and's earthy colors will always look good and also the "smokey eye" look ....always looks great on blondes with blue eyes. Eye liner I would differ between black or a dark brown depending on what color eye shadow you applied.

I would go with colors opposite of your eyes. Browns, golds, coppers ..... If you have fair skin and light hair, I would try a brown eyeliner. Darker hair ... black. Make-up is fun so just try everything! You'll know right away if it's not going to work for you!

Go with light tones.... Dont get really bright colors with blue eyes it doesnt look right.

an icy blue eyeliner accents your eyes great as well as the matching powder blue. w/ pale green, use peach that almost blends with your skin. don't be afraid to play w/ color
CAREFUL THOUGH WHEN YOU PLAY WITH COLOR! apply too much and you'll look like a dragqueen !!!

You have beautiful color eyes, and no makeup are going to make them better, as far as clothes, if they looking at your eyes, what ever you are wearing is immaterial

I think shades opposite of your eye color would make them pop; like coppers, golds, browns, and purples.

i think colors like gold..copper, or brown with look nice with the blue....
and for the times its green... gold/copper-ish...

i would do browns. brown makes blues seem more richer and deep, and blues make brown look darker. good luck!
