That would be the case if you define white as is generally understood in the U.S. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_%28people%29) However, if you looke at the definition of "caucasion" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caucasian_race), you'll see that it includes a larger portion of the world population than does "white".

Really?? I thought we were much more... The countries in whice we're majority are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, the Northern United States of America and Uruguay. (taken from wikipedia) of course without counting Europe

Don't think it's quite that low, but Caucasians are definitely a minority. There are about 1.2 billion Chinese alone, and I think there are only about 800 million people in Europe and North America.

It varies slightly and depends on who you are calling "white" but yes...about that.
