If the cloke is not the horcrux then what is?

No I don't think it's not a horcrux as it never was in the posession of, nor belonged to Voldemort. I have no idea what the other horcruxes will turn out to be.

Thats an interesting idea...but it was Harry's father's, so I don't think that Dumbledore would give such a thing to Harry if he even suspected it...and how would Voldemort have made it a Horcrux? Also, wouldn't it have done something horrible to Harry by now? Look at the ring, the necklace where Dumbledore drank that horrible stuff and the diary.
I think something of Gryffindor's is a Horcrux and I think it has been said that Voldemort's snake is a Horcrux. I have also heard the theory that Harry himself is a Horcrux, and that is too horrible to imagine!

No. Dumbledore thought it was something belonging to one of the founders of Hogwarts. The others are Riddle's Diary, the snake, the trophy, the locket, Voldemort, and something else...It's been awhile since I read that book...
