Cheyenne Wyoming????? Uh....look at a map sweetie and tell me if you see an ocean anywhere near Wyoming.

The first answer seems to be saying that only oceans can have beaches.
Beaches occur anyplace water deposits sand. I live in the center of a state, and we have several state beaches within a few miles of my house.
Edit: I have also been to Cheyenne Days, and I know for a fact there are beaches within 2 miles of Cheyenne. I have been to one on the Cache La Poudre River.

I've been to Cheyenne, WY. I doubt that there are beaches there. It's famous for Cheyenne Days???? a very big, yearly rodeo.
