stay friends for now, respect the fact that she has a man. But, in the meantime, make it kknown that she (could) be better with you. That maybe you could treat her better. In other words, work on sweeping her off her feet, let her know that you do have feelings, but are willing to wait. 9 times out of10, girls go for who they get the most attention from. GL
