what is the download manager and how we turn it off?

click on start - clik on run - type "msconfig" - click on selective start up....then clik on the start up tab on the extreme right on the top. then uncheck the download manager. clik on apply the clik ok and restart the computer. the download manager will get switched off

wel its a stuff downloading software u can remove it from control panel
