Try the Burt's Bees Wax chap stick. It works really well and before long your lips will be as good as new.

try buying the skin mask and lip balm from mary-kay. it is a 2 step lip cleanser that begins with exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and a moisturizing lip balm that keeps ur lips soft and protected. i forgot how much it costs but u can browse around the mary-kay website and order it online or call a local mary-kay agent. it works very well. if ur lips are super chapped i'd advise to use it every 2 days, but for normal lips once a week is a good way to keep ur lips soft and cute! good luck.

yep... my niece (she's 13) an my sister (she's 16) had the same problem. (I am 20 in case your wondering, not an old remedy lady). no professional needed. one problem is dehydration. neither one hardly drinks water at ALL. (so drink more water if possible)
to remove it... take a toothbrush.. (YES TOOTHBRUSH) an use tiny amount of toothpaste (because soap makes the lips sting if you do this)
an very lightly brush your lips. (mix wit lotz lf water too)
sounds crazy but it works. do it as often as you need to. an rite afterwards (so it won't dry out soon after) use lip gloss. like LOREAL brand in the tube. it's cute on the lips an keeps on moisture even when it gets rubbed off. (also if you clean the lips after it's been on there for a while i noticed that they become streaky clean an dead skin free) pick any color ya like.
hope this helped.. if ya have any questions bout it, email me.

Use a lip scrub. They get rid of unwanted dead skin. Make sure to get one that smells/ tastes great(don't eat it or anything like that)!

use carmex at night when you sleep. it may not smell the best but it really works on chapped lips.

use an old toothbrush. wet it and gently exfoliate your lips. then make sure that you use a lip balm (no lip gloss) with SPF/UV protection and keep your lips moisturized AT ALL TIMES.

after you shower, you can exfoliate them with a little baking soda and water and then try using Carmex on them. or, you can try Beauty Control's Lip Peel, i have and it works well
