My neighbor was arrested just befor july 4th for unknown charges. i found him in the indiana inmate locator. Now he is out and i never did find out what he was charged for. is there any way to find this out? fee of charge. I know it is public knowledge.

I believe all crimes and convictions are public knowledge. Start by asking a lawyer or a police officer how you can do a search. If you know his arraignment date you can look it up in the local paper. All court activities are listed daily there.
If you are fearful that it might be a violent crime or a crime against children you may request a special list at your police headquarters for those

yeah but the teaching of how to do is too long. a case number would make it easier. if you are an illegal i would not try this process.
