what i think of AOL , i will tell you ,AOL . stands for
America Online (AOL) ? is it no it stands for
ALL. OTHERS. LOST it is total junk server there
Technical Support is run by the sims and we all know the sims ,they cant do anything right without help
so aol is all other lost .one big junk server they had 26 million Customer's . now aol is down to 22 million Customer's there goin down fast coz there srver is junk and there Technical Support , is tolal junk run by the sims if your on aol your be better off closing down your account with that junk server and buying a router and getting a better (isp)server and remove all the junk aol files off the pc, lol

AOL is really good for people who don't know much about computers. It gives a watered down and easy way to access the Internet.
I got my mom on AOL because she doesn't understand computers. She's retired and all she care about is checking her E-mail. She's been on it since about 1999.
Though with Internet access on DSL much cheaper, AOL with it's Dial-Up Servers isn't really necessary.
People of the younger generation have a basic working knowledge of computers and how to navigate in Cyberspace. People like my mom don't.
Personally, I think AOL is a dinosaur. I think it made a bad move by making AOL E-mail Handles free. However, I don't think they had very many choices left.
In the long run though, I don't see why anyone really needs to pay for AOL Service anymore if you can already get News Articles and E-mail free.
Also the way it installs Software on your computer is kind of annoying when the Free Trial Stuff expires. Removing AOL files can be a pain in the ***.
It really needs to change its marketing strategy if it wants to survive and compete.
Young people know there are better ISPs out there. People who don't know just go with a AOL riding on its brand name.

Another. aol go boom .On the heels of last month's .report aol is goin down fast. new story, with a bunch of scary, scary pictures.aol is not goin to last everyone is saying aoll . is no good for net service.nothing good for aol.
use other internet access better for you .
and download ,avg anti virus free edtion . is free and the best . lmao

i hate aol they emptied my bank account for services that i never ordered! i got my money back but i was still stuck with bounced checks and fees from the bank
